Yoga and hiking course on the Ile d'Yeu - summer 2025 : 7 to 11 July 2025
A 5-day "yoga and hiking" course, in a small group (limited to 10 participants).
Opening up to space to find greater freedom in your yoga practice and in life: we'll explore this theme through yoga and walking to discover the island.
This year's course will be led by two yoga teachers, Anne-Sophie Drieux and Véronique Bonnet.

Yoga in the morning 9.30am-12.30pm: postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and meditation (dhyana).
Afternoon hikes from 3pm to 6pm: circuits of 2 to 3 hours, with swimming breaks for enthusiasts.

Option to take part in the morning yoga session only.
