Emilie and Pierre rear a breed of sheep threatened with extinction: the Solognot.
Raised in the open sea near the old castle, the farm's lambs are renowned for their unique flavour, due to the varied flora of the wild coastline.
Fruit, vegetables and herbs are also grown organically, applying the principles of permaculture: everything is done by hand, without herbicides or pesticides.
Discover the farm shop, where a wide range of organic products await you.

Extend your experience at the restaurant, which celebrates the flavours of the garden, lovingly prepared from the harvest. The fruit and vegetables are picked in the morning and prepared the same day.
The menus therefore depend on the day's harvests, the seasons, and a touch of imagination in the kitchen.
The farm's tea room also offers homemade herbal teas, fruit juices and syrups from the orchard, small cakes with flowers and herbs from the kitchen garden, and homemade sorbets with flavours from the garden.
For an aperitif at sunset, in a guinguette atmosphere, you'll find a range of tapas and farmhouse antipasti on the menu.
A self-guided trail allows you to discover the farm animals on your own.
On site you'll find books, board games, a table tennis table... All you need to spend some quality time with friends or family.
