This small, sober, intimate and comfortable rental, 2 minutes from the beach, is nestled at the bottom of the garden, in elegant comfort.

The refuge is located near the beach, between the garden and a small frog pond.
It's a cosy little nest, with quality facilities and equipment.
We also have bicycles on loan.
Behind the gate, you cross a shared space that provides privacy from the road, and gives access to the accommodation via a courtyard, equipped for eating outside and enjoying the first rays of sunshine.
We have a few chickens that are only let out when residents are away, to avoid them causing a nuisance.

They can express themselves, but there is no rooster. The terrace opens onto the small kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, 2 induction hobs, kettle, combined oven and microwave, fridge, crockery, groceries.
On one side, the kitchenette opens onto the living room.
The living room has a leather sofa for absolute relaxation.

On the other side, the bedroom is minimalist and comfortable, equipped with a chest of drawers, coat hooks and clothes hangers. The mattress is new and of good quality (Emma brand).
Feather duvet cover and pillows.
It overlooks the garden of La Cambuse, which will be the
backdrop.
It overlooks a small pond populated by fish, attracting hedgehogs, but also frogs, which can sing in mating season! Don't worry, there are no more mosquitoes than anywhere else - the frogs eat them...
The bathroom is adjacent, precious and simple, with its Italian marble basin, white Corian worktop, storage drawers, shower, shower screen, WC, hairdryer, towel rail and WC.
Washing machines and tumble dryers are shared between the 3 houses and are accessible in our garage (accessible to all our residents).
